The state Arizona LP will be holding its annual convention and organizing meeting on Saturday, January 28, 2018 in Tucson. Full details here. If you are interested in attending, please contact me for carpooling opportunities.
Delegate counts at the national convention are based on votes received in a state for the most recent Libertarian presidential nominee and the number of dues-paying members of the national party in that state.This year, the deadline on membership, for purposes of the delegate count, is December 31. Arizona Bill Would Decriminalize Marijuana Possession
PHOENIX, Ariz. (Dec. 20, 2017) – A bill pre-filed in the Arizona House would decriminalize marijuana possession. Passage into law during the 2018 legislative session would take another step toward further nullifying federal cannabis prohibition in effect in the state. Read more.
